Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses throughout South Africa.

Delivery costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details. We use The Courier Guy for deliveries, and your exact shipping fee is shown before you pay.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before our 14:00 (SAST) cut-off are handled the same or next business day; orders placed after the cut-off, or on Sundays and public holidays, are handled on the next business day. Handling time is typically 0 to 1 business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days via The Courier Guy, depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control. Outlying areas may take slightly longer.

You will receive confirmation when your order is dispatched. If you have any questions about the status of your delivery, please contact us with your order number.
