These Terms and Conditions govern your use of sebamed.co.za and your purchase of products from our online store, which is operated by Trinity Pharma (Pty) Ltd, the authorised distributor of Sebamed in South Africa. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and pricing
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure product information, images and prices are accurate. Prices and availability may change without notice. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed.
Orders and payment
When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once payment has been received and we have sent you a confirmation. Payments are processed securely via PayFast. We accept major credit and debit cards and the other methods shown at checkout.

Delivery costs and timeframes are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Returns and refunds
Your rights to return goods and obtain refunds, including your cooling-off rights and your rights in respect of defective goods, are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002. These terms must be read together with our Refund and Returns Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy.

“Sebamed” and related trademarks, logos and product content are the property of their respective owners and are used by Trinity Pharma (Pty) Ltd under authorisation. Website content may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Use of products
Products are intended for external use as directed. Always read the label and follow the product instructions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under applicable consumer legislation, Trinity Pharma is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website.
